My in-house multidisciplinary team had many different touchpoints throughout the NFL building. Some of the job was employee retention and appreciation. We tried to celebrate wins and acknowledge the people who made a difference in the office. Barbette was one of those people, so we gave her her own room. I used my vendor connections and had this custom neon sign created with design help from the team.
